Leather Knee Pads for Mazda MX-5 ND – Left and Right Set
On semi-slicks, the ND corners hard enough that your outer knee spends the corner pressed into the door. The door trim offers only a narrow strip above the speaker for that, and it sits directly under the knee rather than around it. Over a track session that becomes a bruised knee, and towards the end of the session it starts to show in your lap times.
These pads were made for exactly that spot. Each one is a leather pocket, stitched together and filled with foam, so there is cushion where the knee actually loads the door. They are manufactured and tailored to the ND door trim, matching the texture of the OEM leather and following its character lines, so they read as part of the interior rather than an add-on.
